So schnell wie möglich…
Translation of the title is: as soon as possible. But, things are not happening soon in here. Well, maybe that’s soon enough for them.
So, I’m back in Dresden and keeping up with my language course. On the other hand, I’ve moved to a new apartment. In Germany, like everywhere else in the world when you move to a new place, you have to change your address information, in bank, in school, in your Internet provider etc.
But the problem is, changing your adress information in your Internet provider —So, if you are applying for the first time, it costs you like 20 Euro + extras (59 Euro). And they activate your connection in 3 or 4 weeks. I’m okay with that, but why do they make a simple address changing also in 3 or 4 weeks? And basicly you are renewing your contract with the company and pay the same price that you already paid in first time —Unless of course if you extend your previous contract for 24 months.
Untill now there was no problem and I liked Germany, I mean I still like it in here, but some of the procedures makes no sense.
Everyday I learn something new, and with this, I learnd that if you live in Germany, when you find a new place to live, just change your adress a month ago, so everything would just work perfectly when you start to live in new place.
Otherwise, you have no Internet for a month.
